This auction is for a nice Lacy era Salt Dish.  Marked on the base N.E. Glass Company Boston, this is Neal # NE 4.  1830s.  Has a bit of unevenness from manufacture, something must slumped after removal from mold.  Has a basket of fruit on either side with a flower/rose sprig on either end.
Retails a Richards Collection, which means this might have been purchased by him at one of the Elsholz auctions.
