The most comfortable and shock absorbent seat saver ever with an increased 20mm depth of Acavallo Gel. Ideal for anyone with lower back, pelvis or hip issues. The same non-slip surface keeps you secure. Too bulky for some but offering the softest of rides. Also, perfect for long-distance rides or those who require just a touch more comfort.

Hand wash with fairy liquid to recuperate tackiness. 
Machine washable on normal 30 degree cycle.
Pull into correct shape whilst damp to maintain shape during drying.
We recommend using a wash bag in the washing machine. This both protects your machine and prevents snagging on the drum or seals.
Please ensure the washing machine drum is large enough to safely accommodate the pad size.
Please ensure all velcro is closed firmly prior to washing.
Air dry away from heat source (do not tumble).
Dispatch and Shipping
All items are shipped from the UK direct to your door in the USA.  They are delivered by either USPS or UPS.  We aim to ship all items with 24 - 72 hours of payment being received.  There are no customs fees to pay on any orders under 0.00 USD.
Customs and Customs Clearance
We aim to clear all item through customs whilst in flight to the USA.  Upon clearance they are handed to a US final mile delivery agent.  This is generally UPS or USPS depending on your location in the USA.
Tracking
All items are sent tracked, delivery is generally 7 - 10 working days from shipping.
We offer a no questions asked refund. If you are not happy with your purchase simply inform me within 30 days of receiving the item.  It items are returns not as received they maybe be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20%.  Cost of return is at the buyers exepense.  In the event of an error in sending Equiflair will cover the cost of return.
How to return an item
1. Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay.
2. Select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu on the right.
3. Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the eBay returns process or to contact the seller.
The eBay returns process
1. Select the reason you're returning the item and where you'd like to drop-off your return.
2. Print the provided return postage label.
3. Package the item carefully and apply the package label.
4. Send the item back to the seller.
Please return the item as you received it, with all tags attached in the same condition as you received it.
